2016-2017
Miniature driving project - This year 3 of my members will be training miniature donkeys, while the new member (cloverbud) will be working with a trained miniature horse. Members will learn the basics- handling, caring, working around it safely plus doing some ground work/ground driving. At the end of February beginning of March everyone should be driving their minis hooked up to their carts.. Debbie teaches the members lots of ground work/driving and safety while around or in their vehicle. We will have lessons (once or twice a month) at one of the members's place before it gets to cold. Then using an indoor arena throughout the winter months.
The Senlac 4H club have 2 fundraiser, Public Speaking and Achievement Day
Senlac Multiple 4-H Club's other projects- Light Horse, Beef, Craft, Archery, K-9
Properly fitted ASTM/SEI or BSI approved equestrian helmets are mandatory for drivers
